You only need Whole Home if you have more than 1 Sky Glass TV or if you want to add a Sky Streak puck to your account so that you can watch Sky on another TV in your home ( or via a games console).
If you only want to purchase a Glass and only want to watch Sky on that TV you don't need Whole Home.
