Frozen!

My Sky Puck keeps freezing and not loading anything but I'm going round and round in circles trying g to get help on the Sky app!!! Can anyone help?

Try a reboot of the puck to see if it resolves it @Alix-95

I'm getting the same issue. It's been awful recently, keeps disconnecting from WIFI (no other devices have issues and broadband fine). Some programmes don't load, or when selecting certain shows from playlist I sometimes get an error message saying the no programme can be found. 

I've spoken with customer services earlier who suggested a factory reset but that doesn't seem to have helped. I'm not going to keep turning it off and on every day-not practical or acceptable! I'll be calling back tomorrow!
