If you're upgrading from a gen1 Sky Glass TV then you keep the old TV. You bought it, Sky don't own it. If you're still paying for it as part of a long term finance agreement then you must continue to pay for it and also pay for the new gen2 Sky Glass.
You are free to sell the old TV but again, must pay off any outstanding balance you owe for it.

Re: Sky glass upgrade
Can you tell us a bit more about what you are 'upgrading' from.
If you are moving from Sky Q to Sky Glass/Stream;
Once you’ve activated your Sky Glass, any old Sky equipment you've got, including your Sky box, remotes and any multi-screen mini boxes, will no longer work.
If you have Sky Q equipment, you’ll need to return it toSky. Keep hold of it for the first 31 days. Sky will then be in touch with the details of what you need to return and when. If you hang onto it after that, you’ll pay a non-return charge.
For more info on returning or recycling Sky equipment, see our Sky Returns help guide
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

@BenJoBanjo's post applies, in that case. You've simply purchased a second Glass tv. You can dispose of the old one, as you wish, but if you bought it on credit from Sky, you'll still need to continue with your repay,ents until the purchase loan is paid off.
