Sky glass tv

I have a sky glass 50 inch TV 

The screen has been damaged 

How do I get a replacement

@Iu+sweet  damaged how ? If by accident You would need to make a claim on your insurance for accidental damage and buy another 

 

there is no replacement scheme

@Iu+sweet  If the damage is not due to a fault but due to impact you'll need to claim on your insurance if it covers.  Sky don't cover accidental damage via a loan agreement.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Are you sure it's a Sky Glass TV? 
Sky don't make them in 50" size, they only come in 43", 55" and 65"

It's important to recognise that you aren't renting the television even if you are making monthly payments for it: those are going towards repaying a purchase loan.  The set is owned by you from the time it is delivered and consequently any damage to it isn't covered by Sky.
