I have a sky glass 50 inch TV
The screen has been damaged
How do I get a replacement

there is no replacement scheme

Are you sure it's a Sky Glass TV?
Sky don't make them in 50" size, they only come in 43", 55" and 65"

Find out moreIt's important to recognise that you aren't renting the television even if you are making monthly payments for it: those are going towards repaying a purchase loan. The set is owned by you from the time it is delivered and consequently any damage to it isn't covered by Sky.
