Hi @Tracy28 unfortunately you won't get an answer to that question by posting on this public forum, which is a forum for other sky customers to offer advise.
At any point did you receive an email/text from Panther (the courier company used to deliver the TVs) about the order, saying it was being delivered on 13th and giving you a time slot? If you did and it wasn't delivered i'd suggest saying Panther.
If you haven't received any sort of deliver text or email giving a date/time of delivery then you will need to phone Sky and ask them what has caused the delay?
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
