Sky glass suddenly stopped connecting with my Bluetooth

Sky Glass works well with a pair of Bluetooth headphones S's for a while and then suddenly stops being able to connect to them. I have reset the system several times, and tried repairing headphones. This is the third pair of headphones it has happened with so clearly an issue with the tv
