We're being charged £80 every 2 weeks for sky glass when it's monthly!! And our internet has never been so bad since getting sky glass

Can you show your bill here (removing any personal details such as your account number) showing they are charging you every 2 weeks.

Our Sky Broadband and Sky Stream charges appear seperately on different dates each months. Any danger you might be seeing the same?
Our broadband appears on my bank transaction statement as 'SKY DIGITAL' and Sky Stream as 'SKY TV'.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@CoffeeDrinker Once you've paid a couple of months you should be able to change the date of your Glass payments to be aligned with your Broadband. Or change the bropadband date, whichever is more convenient.
