Being charged every 2 weeks sky glass??

We're being charged £80 every 2 weeks for sky glass when it's monthly!! And our internet has never been so bad since getting sky glass

@Vern1234  That would be highly unlikely since Glass/Stream is billed monthly,

 

Can you show your bill here (removing any personal details such as your account number) showing they are charging you every 2 weeks.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Our Sky Broadband and Sky Stream charges appear seperately on different dates each months. Any danger you might be seeing the same?

 

Our broadband appears on my bank transaction statement as 'SKY DIGITAL' and Sky Stream as 'SKY TV'.

@CoffeeDrinker Once you've paid a couple of months you should be able to  change the date of your Glass payments to be aligned with your Broadband. Or change the bropadband date, whichever is more convenient.
