My sky glass is has no colour everything is like a negative of a polaroid picture

@Tsvigiri If you have not already done so try rebooting your Glass TV by unplugging at the wall socket and waiting for a minute before switching it on again.  It will then take about a minute to reboot.

If you can't get a decent picture then phone Sky and discuss the issue with them as you may have a faulty TV.

Thank you, tried all that nothing worked called sky and they said they will replace the tv.
