Remote started to play up, randomly the tv would go off, the channel would change etc.
then the remote stopped working.
batteries replaced, still not working correctly. Reset the remote using the guide and it did restore most of the functions, however it wil not pick up on voice control.
have followed guide but still not listening !
any ideas

1) Hold the remote and either end and gently give it a twist like you are wringing out a towel.
2) You can also try removing the batteries completely for several hours. I know a few others have reported that this has fixed their remote issues in the past.

My Sky Glass remote stopped working without warning, although randomly, the TV would come on for a few seconds and then go off again, so maybe that's related?
Anyway, I've tried the reset connection routine a few times and when it's finished pairing and I get the 'Continue' button on screen, the remote 'Select' button doesn't work, so I think it's screwed !!
I've messaged Sky for a replacement.
