Sky glass remote issue

Having trouble with sky glass remote so can't access any functions on sky glass

Hi @SKY8QNVE 

 

Is this a new Glass set up or was it working previously? Is the back light lighting up on the remote? If no, remove the back and ensure all of the paper from the paper tab is removed and try fresh batteries.

 

If the backlight is lighting up, try unpairing and re-pairing the remote as per the troubleshooting steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass

 

If that doesn't work, and you are still in warranty you can order a replacement remote online: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote

 

Or from amazon if outside warranty.
