Clicking noise whilst watching programmes.

I have rung you on three previous occasions and it is still doing it!

You are not talking to Sky. This is a public customer to customer forum and we are fellow subscribers. Definitely not normal for Glass to be doing this, you will need to ring sky and ask for it to be replaced under warranty.

I have the same issue, on certain movies or shows I get intermittent clicking sounds, wonder if it's anything to do with dolby atmos not working correctly?

Hi Donna this was the second time of it happening and a replacement TV. In the end I had enough and cancelled my contract and my sky subscription!

Never again. They took the TV back half way through the contract.
