Supposed to send a new remote after 8 weeks , considering i canceled in February and now June its been a long 8 weeks 🙃tbh i have given up.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jan2 Have you tried chasing it up? I cancelled Glass last December and moves to a stream puck. I never received the alternative remote but TBH I didn't chase it as I had already sold the Glass TV so didn't need it.

Hi Fothergill - phone calls to Sky are just met with a generic 'no such remote available' yet we know different, awful customer service & just another reason for leaving Sky
