Our sky glass has been fine for the past 6 months, but now after the tv has been on for an hour or so it starts freezing, losing sound, no picture , this continues every minute or so, making it impossible to watch any channel, if we watch things from our planner it's fine. Tried most things, turned off at wall, turned internet off, tried to fit an ether net cable but the tv wouldn't recognise it and was just pearling for about 30 mins so I gave up. I've contacted the internet provider he said all is fine, I'm ready to take a hammer to the tv now, it's so annoying. Any advice is very welcome.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@PMc when you connected ethernet did you go to the network settings and both reset network and turn off WiFi?
