Discovery+ (Says i have an account)
So i have never been able to get Discovery+ Working on my Puck
It says great i already have an account and then tells me to login.
I have tried every email address i own and it is none of them
How do i find out what it is?

When you activate your subscription as per Sky's advice: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus
You sign in via your SkyID and then set up a Discovery+ account. The actual Discovery plus account is outside the control of Sky, so you will need to contact Discovery+ support as per the advice here if it doesn't work:

The only other thing you could try is cancel your subscription in sky marketplace and then signing up again with a different email address.

As this is in relation to a discovery + account I'm not sure this community will be of much use. All I'd suggest it trying the forgot my password or login options on the discovery + website or contacting discovery plus customer services to see if they can assist.

Well, Discovery support are telling me that without knowing the account that it relates to they cannot help
They also told me to delete me sky account create a new one..

Yeah that isn't how it works. Your Sky account is independent of your discovery + account. All that's happens is that by linking your Sky and discovery plus accounts together it stops discovery billing you for the subscription as the billing is handled by Sky (and thus "free" under certain Sky packages).
Ultimately to link your Sky account to discovery plus you need to know the credentials of your discovery plus account. Your best bet may be to create a new discovery plus account with a different email address.

I got an account in sky and I am able to login to it but when I tried to see my phone contract details it shows like" your account is restricted " what can I do to see my sim and phone contra details
