Sky glass playlist missing shows

I have tipping point set to record each day but it only record some episodes and others are missed. This  is very frustrating.   Also, if you try to rewind live program once it's over,  the show disappears completely and you can't watch it at all

Tipping Point does not record on Sky Glass. Your playlist is merely making a bookmark which is supposed to link to each episode on the ITVX app. Sometimes this link isn't consistent. 

Your best bet is just to go directly to the ITVX app and search for Tipping Point in there. You will get a list of all available episodes and can stream them directly.

Likely there is a delay between the live broadcast and the show being available on ITV X which is why it disappears for a brief period.

Also for ITV X it usual for shows to be incorrectly labelled so they don't correctly appear on the playlist. This is usually corrected a couple of days later but is quite common for shows on ITV X.

hi thanks for your reply. I've looked through the menu and it's not there. It never records tipping point on a Wednesday or Thursday. When you go into the program there is no option to select from the start if you pause it it unpause itself after about 30 seconds.  
I got this with several other programs. It's very frustrating.
