Sky glass pin

Keep asking for pin when setting up my new tv and won't let me go to the next step I put the pin and only option to change the pin so I did as well but still not accepting keep asking to put pin on

Initial pin should be the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number that sky have  on their records

Is not working the pin which is correct so I keep changing and is not working so annoying

I am having the same problem....inputting the correct pin and NADA!  Very annoying Sky!

The last 4 digits of the registered mobile on your account .... unless you ve changed it

Thanks, but that's what I'm putting in and still nothing..
