Likely because only one puck was ordered. Unless you specifically said you required 3 pucks, the default would have been 1 puck when Whole Home is added. You can easily request additional pucks through your My Sky account, although each puck will come with a £39.95 activation fee ( sometimes this fee is waived for the first additional puck taken out with Whole Home).

Re: Sky glass order
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. A some of the quieter times to ring are early morning or late evening.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.

Re: Sky glass order
hi @lettice FYI that link no longer takes you to an 0333 number but instead takes you to a raft of really annoying help flow links which more often than not don't resolve the issue but when you get to the end you may get the 0333 number. At that point you probably have a very annoyed subscriber (at least you do with me when I have had to use such systems - not necessarily Sky)
