Sky glass terrible picture
Having had my sky glass about 2 weeks, the picture and sound quality are terrible, the picture is very grainy and sound is tinny. my 10 year old 4k UHD Samsung TV was better quality, I have changed all TV settings as advices and it has made no difference. I have decided I would like to return the TV back to sky

Re: Sky glass terrible picture
Hi @Parrotsuk
You have 31 days to return your glass. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-sky-glass
You will need to call sky to arrange this as we are fellow customers on the community.
