Unbelievable sky glass not working again 😡 had this problem at the beginning of the month total joke . Last time had no tv or internet for 4 days 🤦♀️ had to talk to my husband 🤣 seriously though this is supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread 🤔🤔🤔 no it really isn't 😡 when my husband gets home he's going to be furious. I know I need a new tv but that was only the screen not the actual programmes. I want to go back toSky Q wish I never got sky glass big mistake 🤦♀️

Sky Glass and Stream deliver content via the internet rather than via the dish. If you connect an aerial to Glass this can be used if the internet goes down.

Glass also works with any broadband provider, so if you are having stability issues with your internet, you are free to switch (subject to not being in contract). If you do want to go back to Q, you can reject glass in the first 31 days, or you can ask Sky, but you will still need to pay for the TV (unless you purchased outright).
I've had Glass for over two years and not been without service (bar a once or twice when the internet has failed and that was not a Sky issue) . You may also find that connecting Glass via ethernet rather than wifi is more stable and you need to ensure that your broadband speed is fast enough for Glass (25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD).
