Sky puck

My apologies but i am not technical and trying to understand,I have Sky Glass with streaming etc. I want to watch sky on my normal television in the bedroom. So upon reading, i believe the Sky Glass already has a Puck installed within the set. There for, i believe i only need one Sky Puck and install it into the normal Tv in the bedroom, is this right,??? If this is the case would i still have to pay for a Complete Homeview payment ???? as its just one television.

Hi @26852

So your Glass TV is a self contained unit. To watch Sky on your second non Glass set you will need a Puck. There is a one off charge of £39.99 for this, and it is loaned to you and needs to be returned to Sky if you leave or cancel whole home.

You also need the whole home pack which is an additional £12 per month. You can add the pack and order the puck from within the MySky app / website or by calling Sky customer services.

You just need to ensure that your TV has a HDMI port for the Puck to plug into and that your internet can handle the additional demand.

Just to add to this, usually there are offers which means for your first additional puck taken under the whole subscription the £39.95 fee is waived, but applied to a second or third puck.
