Sky glass no connection

Twice I've been watching sky glass and it's lost connection this time I cannot get it back following on line instruction

Hi @John111064  I now have stream puck but when I had a Glass TV it would periodically drop the the internet connection. When it happened I found the following procedure got it working again:

 

Put your Glass into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV (or puck) and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet
