Cant watch Big Brother from the start

When big brother is on live sky glass won't allow you to watch from the start.

Hi @IamMM 

 

There are some shows where watch from start is not available. You can report it to sky viewer relations and they will investigate and let you know if this is the case (viewerr@sky.uk is their email address).

 

It is also possible to watch from start from with in the ITVx app. Have you tried this?

A more accurate reply to this is - watch from start just doesn't work properly. Take tonight... Sky Sports Main Event (UHD) wouldn't let me watch from start the darts. It's unreliable garbage. 

And contacting "Viewer Relations" is a pointless exercise.

Did you check in the ITVX app and do it directly from there as well as from the TV Guide?
