Sky glass losing signal

Since changing to sky glass after being advised it's the best thing out now, I have spent more time turning it on and of to get a signal than actually watching it .

@Sonia733 I presume you are connecting via WiFi?

If so, it's far better to connect via ethernet cable. The WiFi will drive you mad, as it did me for the first week I had Glass!

Try ethernet and turn WiFi off in the Settings. If your router is too far away, then investing in a pair of Powerline adapters (plus two ethernet cables) is worth it.

Ethernet is for more stable and reliable than WiFi.

This issue has been going on for months but Sky do not seem to care. Why should we run an Ethernet cable? Everything else works fine on Wi-Fi. Worst thing I have ever bought and wish I had not bothered.
