Sky glass keeps disconnecting from the wifi but my puck in the bedroom works but the other puck does
My sky glass keeps disconnecting for the WiFi but my puck in the bed room is working we have rebooted the TV can you send someone out the must be something wrong with the TV

There's no in-premises support for Sky Glass. You'll need to ring, go through a diagnostic script and potentially have the set swapped out by courier delivery and retrieval.
