Sky glass issues

I’ve had Sky Glass now for nearly a year and my wife and I are coming to our wits end with it. Constantly having to reboot the tv due to it freezing, nearly always buffering when watching live tv and other issues yet we can watch Netflix without any problems. We’ve got the tv on 0% but does anyone know if we can continue with the tv on finance and revert back to Sky Q via a dish? Our dish is still outside so I think it would be an easy changeover. If this is possible, how do I go about it? Anybody know? Thank you

@Russ69  Yes you can revert back to Q whilst still paying off the tv

give sky a call to arrange it

you would connect the Q box to the glass tv via hdmi

Have you tried some of the suggestions in this forum to improve your internet signal to the tv

hardwiring will give you the best most stable possible connection wether by direct ethernet to your router or via powerline adapters

you maybe pleasantly surprised.......

@Russ69

As @Jporch316 advises if you can connect via ethernet you will have a completely new experience using the TV so far as buffering etc. goes.

You can switch back to Q but I'd recommend hardwire first and then decide.
