Sky glass gen 2 order issue

Hi, we currently have sky glass and finish paying for the tv in a few months. I'm trying to order the Gen 2 but at the very end after agreeing to to deal etc it just states we are experiencing technical problems and I've tried several times this last month and get the same issue.

@Skylark82  If you can't order online, you will have to call and see if they can place the order for you
