I have sky glass TV. The apps work fine but when I want to watch a programme from the TV list - the screen keeps going blank (blue then black) after about 10 minutes. Happens on every channel

I have therefore escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum. They should be in touch soon tominvite onto an online chat through the forum where a chat icon will appear.
Hopefully they can get to the bottom of the issue.
