Sky glass from TV guide - channels go blank after a few minutes

I have sky glass TV. The apps work fine but when I want to watch a programme from the TV list - the screen keeps going blank (blue then black) after about 10 minutes. Happens on every channel

@Trubbzy that is an unusual fault which I think you are going to need Sky's help,to sort. I have therefore escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum. They should be in touch soon tominvite onto an online chat through the forum where a chat icon will appear.

Hopefully they can get to the bottom of the issue.

Update - spoken to @Trubbzy and after a few checks and steps, we found they needed to call our Glass Tier 2 team for support 🙂

Thanks
