Sky glass freezing

My sky glass tv keeps freezing then going offline and then says tech fault.  I have a Ethernet cable also but this keeps happening any suggestions

Make sure that WiFi is turned off on the network settings. Sky Glass has a stupidly annoying habit of keeping it turned on and defaulting to WiFi, even when an ethernet cable is attached. 

Also check what broadband speed is being received by the TV. To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a Network test. 

Also, have you given the TV a full reboot recently? Turn it off at the wall for a few minutes then power it back on and allow it to restart.
