Sky stream keeps shutting down
My sky stream keeps shutting down. I constantly reboot it. Is this a common problem?

Re: Sky stream keeps shutting down
Hi @Pelican11
Sky Glass and Stream have quite aggressive power saving modes due to following EU rules which was adopted into UK law. It will usually ask you to interact with your remote and if no interaction will put the device into standby.
How quickly / often is your device doing this? If it is less than an hour, you may have a fult and would need to speak to Sky to get a replacement (we are fellow subscribers).
