Sky glass freezing then resetting

Sky glass tv keeps freezing then resetting. Happens a couple of times a day

Hi @Steveaxe 

 

Likely poor broadband speed or connection between glass and router. Does your glass get the minimum 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD? You can check this in netflix > profile pic > get help > check connectivity.

 

Also some information on your isp etc might be useful. We are fellow customers and know nothing about you unless you tell us.
