Sky glass freezing or switching off every day, several times a day and now missing many tv programme
I have spoken to sky on telephone to report issues. I was Made to do factory reset but that only worked for a day and now glass freezing, shutting programmes and now having to do reset every day or several times a day. This is a nuisance, missing tv programmes and having to do reset all the time which is unsatisfactory. Other WiFi in house all working very well and sky puck in other room works fine the problem is only with sky glass tv.

What speed is your tv getting, you can check this by opening Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network, also what is your broadband speed to the hub, and how is the tv connected to the Internet? If you can an ethernet cable is more stable than WiFi and more reliable to, and also other things to consider, like how many other devices do you have connected to the Internet, do you live in an old house with brick interior walls as this can effect your wifi signal, have you asked sky for a wifi booster?minimum speed to watch the tv hd channels is 25mps and for anything in uhd is 35mps, to watch the tv without freezing i would suggest that your tv needs to be 50mps or more
