Sky glass
My sky glass isn't staying contented to the wifi for the last 2 days leaving me with no wifi or tv

try turning your glass tv off at the mains by pulling the plug for a few minutes
also since same with your internet router

Go in to settings > start up and standby and Turn ON "Networked standby mode" and turn OFF "Overnight power save" and see if that helps.
You also don't say who your ISP is, but EE seems to be having issues with their Smart Hub Plus and Sky kit at the moment. I've just been swapped to a Smart Hub Pro and disconnect issues id been suffering for a few months were resolved instantly.
