Hi @Jamie219 

 

Try a Reboot in the first instance:

 

Go to settings > System Management> Resets & updates > restart device.

 

If you continue to have issuesz provide more information such as your ISP, broadband speed, run a speed test in netflix etc as it can be a symptom of poor connectivity/ not enough bandwidth.

If you have no picture at all and a black screen pull the plug for a few minutes
