Sky glass delivery

Today the 15th of April 2024 I am supposed to revive my Skyglass, I can't download the my Sky app and I want to know at what point is the delivery, since I haven't heard from you anything about it.

@sergiominei  No one on the forum can tell you where your delivery is as we are all customers here.

 

Is there a reason why you can't download the mysky app?  Have you checked onlinehttps://www.sky.com/ordertracking

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I believe you should receive tracking information from the courier company Panther independently of any contact with Sky.
