Sky glass credit agreement
Ordered Sky Glass and can't sign credit agreement. This is the second time it has been cancelled because of this.
spent about six hours on phone to sky. Everyone promised to call back no one ever does. 14 years a customer, totally disgusted with sky.

Re: Sky glass credit agreement
@Mark.cockram Welcome to the forum. An order will always be cancelled if the credit agreement is not in place. You don't mention why you are having difficulty with the credit agreement but there may be something at the following link that will help you.

Re: Sky glass credit agreement
When you click the link to sign agreement it just says something went wrong.
I've tried all the things in the link. Sky say it's an account and primary email issue. They are the only ones that can sort it. No one ever does no one ever follows up the problem. Just left in limbo. What a way to look after their long standing customers.

Re: Sky glass credit agreement
@Mark.cockram It certainly sounds like something that will need input from Sky to resolve. The following is a link to the Complaints Form. If you submit the form it will prompt action from the Customer Priority Team and will hopefully lead to some sort of resolution. My experience of dealing with the Priority team has been very positive.
If you sign into your MySky account before clicking the link the form should partly populate with your details.

Re: Sky glass credit agreement
Submitting a formal complaint is a good option when Sky CSs are failing to resolve an issue🤔
