Rubbish internet

My skyglass has been a nightmare since I got it . Constantly stops , freezes , goes black and says waiting to load . It goes off the same time in the morning ,same time in the evening and worse at weekends . We thought it was the bad weather that was interfere but even with nice weather it happens . I cant enjoy films, soaps, or anything . We were told we had enough Internet to have the skyglass but it has never worked properly and wish I had never changed from sky q

@Blondefox  Speed isn't the only thing you need to consider, you also need to be aware connecting over wifi can be problematic.  What speeds do you get running the netflix app speedtest?  This will tell you the speed the TV is getting over wifi (which most people, seem to use).

What is your actual broadbandn speed that you also get?

@Blondefox  8 to 10 mbps?   That is way too low for Glass to function correctly, you need a minimum speed of 20mbps for HD & 30mbps for UHD per Glass Tv & Puck.

Is the speed quoted your line speed or over wifi?

Re: Rubbish internet

Who is your ISP?

What is your router's sync speed to the internet?

Who told you your internet connection speed would be adequate?

That would have been below the recommended minimum even when Glass was launched in late 2021: Sky has since doubled the speed they advise is necessary.
