What speeds do you get running the netflix app speedtest? This will tell you the speed the TV is getting over wifi (which most people, seem to use).
What is your actual broadbandn speed that you also get?

Is the speed quoted your line speed or over wifi?

Who is your ISP?
What is your router's sync speed to the internet?
Who told you your internet connection speed would be adequate?

We are running in-between 8/ 10
That would have been below the recommended minimum even when Glass was launched in late 2021: Sky has since doubled the speed they advise is necessary.
