Sky glass crashing issue
I keep experiencing random crashes with my sky glass. The picture freezes in place and the audio sort of plays on a very short very quick continuous loop, not sure how else to describe it😅. The remote controls and physical buttons on the tv become unresponsive and I have to turn it off and back on via the plug. Contacted sky customer service but was believed to be a sort of network problem. Shortly after finishing the call with sky the tv crashed again. Any solutions or recommendations? I do have the issue on video

Re: Sky glass crashing issue
This has started happening with my Sky Glass in the last 48 hours (5 times), both on Sky Programs, Apps and also on HDMI inputs.
Never experienced it in the last 3 years of having the TV.
Any advice would be appreciated.
