I hardwired mine through an AirPort Express. Any similar device should do it.

Same issue here, followed online instructions to no avail. On the phone to Sky support for 1hour 15 minutes... still on hold!!! No tv for 3 days now. Ridiculous

I connected mine to a hotspot, updated my glass and then miraculously it reconnected to my broadband 🙄 2 hours on to Sky help and I fixed it myself 😂😂

Try connecting to a different internet, I used my hotspot on my phone and updated my glass, then it connnecter to my broadband

my sky glass tv is doing the same
first of all it would not turn on for ages, the whole tv was lifeless
now it is saying 'could not connect to your broadband router'
i have entered the Wi-Fi password probably about 15 times .. keep getting the same message.
-I have totally reset the tv following the instructions on sky website, still won't connect
- I have turned my broadband and tv both off.. and tried again
and still won't connect
trying to get trough to sky on the phone is a nightmare 45 min wait so far ... and still waiting
I've had no tv since Thursday night

Mine has aswell, I've had to do a master reset to get it to turn back on and now won't connect to the internet I've also tried connecting and putting the password in about 15 times any info on this would be grateful as I think this is a common fault with the tv

Got it up and running now nice lady help us with getting it back on only got £15 Tesco gift card back as compo for 4 days without the service bit of jokes but got it back.

After having done everything advised with no success, I connected to my Sky Hub, changed its name and then the Sky Glass connected to it (found it) and all I had to do was to input the wifi password. Once it connected, it straight away installed some updates (to the sky glass) and now everything is ok. I know others managed to fix it in various other ways, but none of those worked for me.

Hi, I have figured out how to fix your sky tv if it is stuck on standby and if it will not connect to your WiFi,
If stuck on standby follow the steps
if your tv is not connecting to your WiFi try:
1. turn off your tv
2. turn on personal hotspot in your phone settings
3. turn on your tv let it start up
4. connect your tv to your hot spot by typing in the password for your hotspot
5. Let your tv complete update
6. reconnect your tv to your WiFi router

THis has happened to me. I only got Sky Glass on Thursday and it went down on Friday.
I managed to get it to awitch on,but now it won't connect to broadband via WPS or Password.
I phoned Sky and after 2 hours I was told it was a broadband issue and nobody else was having this problem! I told her that my broadband was working perfectly as Sky was on on the upstairs TV, but she insisited that ot was down to my broadband provider.
ANYWAY, I have since been able to connect via Ethernet cable which is a good short term solution, but can't stay that way as I want to fix the TV to the wall with no wires showing.
Any one else had this issue and sorted it?

The amount of time I have spent on this is just stupid, plus 2 hours on the phone to sky to be told it was my broadband not them, and nobody else was having this problem!!
