Re: Sky glass connect to mini box
It's not possible to have a subscription for both systems, but a subscription Q Mini should output to a non-subscription Glass television.

Re: Sky glass connect to mini box
Hi @Rowen25
If you mean Sky Q mini box. These talk to the Sky Q main box and get signals from satellite connection. Sly Glass recieves it's signal from your broadband connection. When you take Sky Glass your Q contract is terminated and all Q boxes need returning to Sky as they are loaned to you.
You can take out whole home subscription and order a Sky Stream Puck for your second TV. However unlike a Q mini box it talks directly to the internet and not to Glass.
If you mean you have a puck and glass, it could be you don't have whole home? Or broadband speeds are too low. You need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD for each Glass / Puck device.
If you post further information we will do our best to answer if the above doesn't cover it.

Yes. And add the Whole Home subscription to your package.

Re: Sky glass connect to mini box
Yes. See the section "Watching Sky around the home" here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-faqs
But Sky Q and Glass/Stream are different systems and don't work together and you will need to return all your Q kit.

Re: Sky glass connect to mini box
- You cannot have 2 subscriptions at the same address , as soon as sky glass tv is activated sky q subscription is cancelled and sky will send you the packing to send the sky q main box and the mini box back,

Re: Sky glass connect to mini box
That's why I said you needed a subscription Mini, which would necessitate a main Q box.
