Sky glass change region

Hi 

could someone please raise my Sky Glass to change region to south and meridian.

this is the address that's always been on my account, have never moved. The upstairs Sky stream is correct settings but the glass is showing London.

have emailed Sky (using the Vrr address) but no response, not feeling like a valued customer at the moment

That is odd .... I will escalate your post to the online sky support team - look out for a notification from them to start the chat support
