I have received an email saying I have ordered a sky glass tv but I haven’t

I have received an email saying I have ordered a sky glass tv but I haven't it. I just linked our new sky stream to an existing sky glass tv we already had.

Sky's IT system is somewhat quirky. They seemed to be convinced I owned a Glass TV despite me only ever having just a Stream puck. I used to get emails all the time saying 'make your Sky Glass even better by adding X,Y or Z.'

You can probably ignore it but give Sky a call if you are concerned in any way. If another Glass TV shows up on your doorstep just reject the delivery.
