Sky glass becoming more qnd more problematic

My sky glass seems to becoming more and more unstable apps keep crushing youtube wont work at over 480p or becoms a slide show apps give a black screen at startup

Have you given it a full reboot recently? Turn it off at the wall for a minute or two then power it back on and allow it to reboot.

Yes unplugged it for an hour attempted to turn it on whilst unplug multiple times no different done a complete reset still no different

How fast is your internet connection. ? Can you run the speed check on the Netflix app on the tv - open Netflix go to settings then check network

@Jporch316 acording to netflex it is 313mbps my pc saying 450mbps it shuld be 500mbps so shuld be ok unles thars some traffic managment going in the background

Couple more things to try 

 

if you are connected via ethernet try WiFi .... bizarrely it has been known to work better for some viewers 

 

if you are connected via WiFi try connecting via Ethernet (turn off the wifi in the settings)
