Hi I have skyglass and been with sky about 14 years and a platinum member but for at least two weeks every time I try to go onto vip it always says sorry there is a trouble our end please try again later ..having tried again for about two weeks I'm still getting same message, surely whatever the problem is it should be resolved by now , is anyone else getting the same message  look forward to your reply

I have just checked  on my sky glass  and it showed  me a q r code to scan to go to the my sky app, and before  that I checked  the my sky app  on my phone and no problems,  checked  my bills and went to the tip section  to
