Over the last couple of days my TV is more than sluggish, it pretty much unusable now with the prime app being the worse! I've rebooted it and I've done a hard reset it and still no joy.
Getting ready to cancel my subscription tbh!

I'm 52 and I've been around the block quite a few times and I have a good credit score for a reason, but I appreciate your advice 👍🏼
It turned out to be faulty Duracell batteries which I replaced last month, I put a another pair in and bingo!
Thanks again 😊

Re: Sky glass TV unusable
Hi @Chris418 I'm not sure if it is related to your issue but you mention that Amazon Prime in particular is causing a problem. There was a general outage of Prime yesterday as per this GB News article: https://www.gbnews.com/tech/amazon-prime-video-down.
My Prime is working today but is a rather sluggish.

Re: Sky glass TV unusable
As stated in my post I've already reset the whole TV with no change, its not just prime it's the TV itself, after a few presses of the remote the TV grinds to a halt. It's just that the prime app has always been slow and quite often I have to use my Roku stick instead as that runs prime buttery smooth.

I would contact sky for further troubleshooting- there is a 2 year warranty on glass TVs

Outside a minimum contract term, cancelling the content subscription is always an option.
Unilaterally ceasing to make loan repayments is extremely unwise.
