Sky glass TV keeps switching off.

My sky glass keeps randomly switching off, I called sky 2 days ago and did everything they suggested, it still keeps happening, I was told I'd be contacted by the sky IT team within 24 hours but still haviheard from them and the issue still keeps happening.
