Press (4 coloured dots) to upgrade and watch……….

I get SkyShowcase HD as part of my package. I tuned into that channel at 5pm today to watch the F1 Singapore GP Highlights coverage which I thought started at that time but it actually started 30 minutes earlier at 4.30pm. No problem I thought, I’ll just select ‘Watch from start’ but when I selected that, I then got a message saying ‘Press (4 coloured dots) to upgrade and watch Singapore Grand Prix Highlights.’ and a blue screen. It's not the 1st time this has occured. Does anyone have any idea why this happens?

I also seem to recall the same thing happening previously on something I wanted to watch on Sky Sports News HD which I also get as part of my package.

Thanks in advance for any responses received.

Hi @MisterM18

Likely because it is trying to play back via the Sky Sports version. Best course of action is to report it to skys viewer relations team. viewerr@sky.uk is their email address.
