Sky glass TV as a multi-room box?

I was wondering if I brought a sky glass used TV and put it in my bedroom. For example where I have SkyQ downstairs and multi-room boxes around the house. Could this be used as a multi-room box? I.e I wouldn't need to plug the sky q mini box into it to be able to watch multi-room?

Sky Glass is a fundamentally different platform to Sky Q: it runs on Comcast streaming infrastructure while Q is a satellite platform developed when Sky was an independent British company.
