Sky glass- Netflix appears to have been hacked and locked down.

Netflix account has been hacked and locked down. All profiles renamed in a foreign language and locked. Is there anyway of resetting profiles without the required PIN number. Thank you.

All sorted thank you. Had to contact a real person at Netflix to sort. Very easy fix with their assistance
